Please allow up to 28 days for production of your handbag.

It will then be sent via your chosen form of delivery.

RETURNS POLICY

If you are in any way dissatisfied with your order, let us know via email and we will inform you of how to proceed.

You will be entitled to a 100% refund if the request is lodged within a 14 day period. After the 14 day period there will be no allowances for a total refund.
